 Pradyumna is all excited to start Sophomore year in High school. I am very proud of him for

1. Searching and creating polls to select outdoor furniture from Wayfair

2, Putting it all together. Samanaa helped clean the patio after coming back from one of her oor suthals.

3. Spending some afternoons/evenings after school doing homework there

4. Going to AM support for getting help

5. Telling me about his teachers. Looks like he likes his Physics and math teachers the best so far.. Thinks his chemistry teacher is eccentric. LA teacher went to Cal berkeley and retires next year in Montana. 

In LA they are doing Color  book

Pradyumna wants to exercise at the Y and gain some strength, he says.

Staying away from studies for more than 6 weeks hasn't been good for the kids. I feel he is struggling a bit in calculus. Will give it a week and see if he needs tuitions to cement concepts.

Samanaa is a joy as always. She dressed up so well in Soppi's dress with matching earrings that she made herself to boot. Looked lovely. Was dressed up for picnic at Rose garden with food from Potbelly.Reminds me that I need to buy her some fancy shoes.

She is such a go getter. Planned,, meticulous and organized. She did a decent job of organing her desk. And makes me happy to see her sit there and do her homework. The way she advocated for herself by writing a well-crafted. albeit with some poor sentence construction. email to Ms.Brunson, academic dean at Nichols had me swelling with pride. She seems to have taken to ETHS very well. She logged on to various portals to set her account up with no help from me or from Pradyumna. I feel she feels rather good going to the high school by herself. 

Did first week Lakshmi puja. Samanaa swept the floor and came back from her rendevous and did puja.Raghu helped me by cooking sumptous palya and dal. I made huggi,, pongal and curd rice for Lakshmi. Adorned her with the new sara and Sammu's gold earrings.
